# I forgot my username/password

Happens to the best of us

## **Remember username**

Your username on the 3rdRisk platform is your associated business e-mail address you used during the registration or via your colleague's invitation.

If you still cannot figure out your username, contact your organisational 3rdRisk administrator or e-mail [3rdRiskSupport@diligent.com](mailto:3rdRiskSupport@diligent.com).

## **Reset password**

In case you forgot your password, click on **Forgot password?** on sign-in:

*Alternatively, enter in https://<your company URL>/password/reset*

If your e-mail address is known to us, we will send you a password reset link.
