# Microsoft Graph

Microsoft Graph is the gateway to data and intelligence in Microsoft 365. Our integration lets you connect the 3rdRisk platform to your MS 356 environment.

## **Microsoft Graph**

Microsoft Graph **provides access to data stored and functionalities across Microsoft 365 services**. The 3rdRisk platform uses the Microsoft Graph API for various purposes, such as sending e-mails and scheduling activities.

## **Benefits**

Our integration with Microsoft Graph offers several benefits:

-   Send e-mails from your own e-mail domains
-   Maintain full control over the e-mail traffic sent by the platform
-   Connect your Outlook calendar to schedule (recurring) tasks

## **Activation**

Activation of the Microsoft Graph functionality always starts with an intake from the 3rdRisk support team.

3rdRisk platform users **with admin rights** can activate Microsoft Graph in the Integration section.

1\. Go to the **Integrations** page

2\. Go to the **Communications** tab

3\. Go to the **Microsoft Graph section**

4\. Insert your **client ID, tenant,** and **client secret**

5\. Press the **Save** button.
