Microsoft Teams is a messaging app for organisations. Teams is a workspace for real-time collaboration and communication, meetings, file and app sharing, and even the occasional emoji!

• Receive notifications from the platform's virtual officer in a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel;
• Communicate with your colleagues on e.g. third-party assessments, controls, or frameworks within Microsoft Teams;
• Get real-time alerts when users log in or run into an issue.

Connect with the virtual officer chat bot through Microsoft Teams

3rdRisk platform users with admin rights can activate the Microsoft Teams integration in the Integration section.

1. To get started, open the Microsoft Teams app.
2. In the right menu, navigate to 'Apps' and select 'Built for your organisation'.
3. Look for the 3rdRisk virtual officer chatbot (custom named) and click on 'Add'.
4. A popup will appear with an explanation of the app; simply click on 'Add' again.
5. That's it! You are now ready to connect your account to the virtual officer Microsoft Teams chat bot.

• Receive messages and data that you provide to it, we don’t store message history.
• Send me messages and notifications (can be muted or removed).
• Access my profile information such as my name, email address, company name and preferred language, to connect your profile to 3rdRisk platform.
