Audit log

Data integrity is critical within the 3rdRisk platform; that is why all the modules have a protected audit log that registers all data mutations; it records:

• Timestamp
• Data adjustment (old value and new value)
• The user account that performed this update

To view the audit log, you can simply:

1. Click on the data record; in the following example, an incident, but it is also applicable for third parties, contracts, compliance requirements etc.
2. Click on the Audit log tab of the opened side panel.

None of the platform roles (including the platform administrator) can delete or make mutations to this audit log.
