Microsoft Graph provides access to data stored and functionalities across Microsoft 365 services. The 3rdRisk platform uses the Microsoft Graph API for various purposes, such as sending e-mails and scheduling activities.

Activation

Activation of the Microsoft Graph functionality always starts with an intake from the 3rdRisk support team.

3rdRisk platform users with admin rights can activate Microsoft Graph in the Integration section.

1. Go to the Integrations page

2. Go to the Communications tab

3. Go to the Microsoft Graph section

4. Insert your client ID, tenant, and client secret

5. Press the Save button.
